We offer the following tasks:
- Development, implementation and continuous optimization of the quality management system in accordance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO 13485, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and customer quality expectations
- Ensuring compliance with all quality guidelines and standards within the company
- Maintaining documentation, records and reports to ensure compliance with quality requirements and traceability
- Planning, conducting and following up on internal and external audits as well as supporting certification processes and performance evaluations
- Analyzing key quality indicators (KPIs) and initiating improvement measures
- Managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA processes) to avoid errors
- Conducting training courses and raising employee awareness of quality issues
- Complaint management and cooperation with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met
- Interface between production, development, purchasing and management in quality matters
- Documentation and reporting of quality-related issues to the management
- Promoting a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Submitting reports and recommendations to the management for strategic decision-making
- Supporting the development and implementation of environmental and safety management systems
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects for process optimization
- Supporting production with quality-related issues
- Maintaining and updating quality-related documentation and reports
How we envision our new team member:
- Degree in engineering, quality management or a comparable field of study
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance or process improvement.
- Good knowledge of quality standards and methods (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean etc.).
- Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, CAPA, 8D and root cause analysis.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel
