The D.I.S Gas Analyzer ARIS is an easy-to-use device designed for fast analysis of low-pressure gas components.
It operates within a pressure range from 1 × 10⁻4 mbar to 1 × 10-10 mbar and yields the partial pressure values of the constituents as well as a precise total pressure. Only a PC and external power supply are required for operation, with minimal input needed to initialize and begin measurements using the included control software.
