In collaboration with StepNine-Engineering, the cleanroom area at D.I.S Germany GmbH was metrologically tested and evaluated in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644. As part of the qualification and testing services performed, the area’s air handling and cleanroom-related functions were metrologically verified. These included, in particular, particle classification, recovery time measurement, HEPA filter integrity tests, and the technical evaluation of key air handling parameters.
In the tested state, compliance with the defined air cleanliness requirements according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1, ISO Class 7, was achieved.
